Thrust ball bearing is designed to withstand thrust load when running at high speed and is composed of washer-like rings with ball rolling raceway groove. Because the ring is in the shape of seat, thrust ball bearings are divided into two types: flat base cushion type and aligning spherical cushion type. In addition, these bearings can withstand axial loads but not radial loads.
According to the force, it is divided into single direction or double direction thrust ball bearings. Single direction thrust ball bearing, can bear single direction axial load. Double direction thrust ball bearing, can withstand double direction axial load, wherein shaft ring and shaft match.
The mounting surface of the seat ring is spherical bearing with self-aligning performance, which can reduce the influence of installation error.
Thrust ball bearing is composed of three parts: seat ring, shaft ring and ball cage assembly.
The shaft ring matched with the shaft ring and the seat ring matched with the housing.
